Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Kapseret? The ordering deadline is 15:00 local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Address details for Kipkaren should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A flower order for someone staying at Greenwoods Resort should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The location listed for Greenwoods Resort is Eldoret - Nakuru Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Wareng High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at AIC Kipkenyo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Horizon Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Kaptendon Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at St Brigitta's Catholic Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Where the delivery address includes Pioneer Estate, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
