You do not need to be in Kasarani to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Where the delivery address includes Malewa Bay, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Check that Great Rift Valley Golf Resort can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Before ordering for a guest at Great Rift Valley Lodge, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Olerai House, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
