A flower order for Sotik can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Before sending flowers to Kimolwet High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Kimolwet Junior Academy? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Mabwaita Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at AIC Balek are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at AIC Kimolwet Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kapkelei agc, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the recipient is at Kimolwet Dispensary, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Address flowers for someone at Sotik Law Courts with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
