You do not need to be in Al-Jahra to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Chieftain are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Lizard Statue is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. When entering an address in Qairawan, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Sending flowers to someone at Ahmed Yassin Al-Yassin School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Saad Bin Rabie Al Ansari High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Abdulmihsin Al-Bassam Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Abu Qutada Al-Hareth Bin Rabeai Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Bashir bin Saad Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Copthorne Al Jahra Hotel & Resort, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
When ordering for a recipient at warba disabled sport club, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Where the delivery address includes Sulaibiya Agricultural, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If flowers are going to Sulaibikhat Cemetery - Shia Section, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
For a table booked at Applebee's, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
