You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Songkhone. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
A flower order for a recipient at Xebangnouan Health Center needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Sending to a patient at Songkhon Community Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a patient at Xebanghiang Health Center, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Hot pot larnoy, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
