For a recipient in Gelgaudiskis, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
A flower order for someone staying at Vakarų Užuoveja should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. When arranging flowers for Vakarų Užuoveja, note its listed address, Vakarų g. 17; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Gelgaudiškio Vaikų Darželis is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Gelgaudiškio pagrindinė mokykla, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Gelgaudiškio Šv. Kryžiaus Išaukštinimo bažnyčia are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
