Send your flower order for Findel online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by John of Bohemia plaque in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Pierre dite de Goethe is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Kirchberg.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Rehazenter, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Sénologie, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
A delivery for European School Luxembourg I Kirchberg is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at École fondamentale Cents, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at École fondamentale Clausen, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Église de Saint-Michel are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Exaltation-de-la-Sainte-Croix, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Mama Shelter, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When the recipient is at Hôpital Kirchberg, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Check whether Court of Justice of the European Union accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For someone in Neudorf-Weimershof, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If flowers are going to Luxembourg American Cemetery and Memorial, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Origine, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Coque Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Check that Moxy Hotel Luxembourg Airport can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
