You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Heffingen. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hostellerie de la Vallée, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Hostellerie de la Vallée has a listed address of Millewee 8; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a service at Saint-Mathias, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Kapell um Héikräiz, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Administration communale de Heffingen, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
A delivery timed for a meal at Reilander Millen needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
