A flower order for Barca can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Forever Handshake are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Oriental Arch in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
For same-day flower delivery in Barca, place your order before 12:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Sai Wan.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Hospital Psiquiatria of Taipa, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address. Before sending to Macau Yin Kui Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Grand Emperor Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check with Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16 before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Pui Va Middle School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at School of the Nations, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for 新華學校 Escola Secundária Nocturna Xin Hua is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to City Viva Hotel (Macau), after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Check with the ward at Kiang Wu Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
An order for a staff member at Monetary Authority of Macao should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When entering an address in 沙梨頭 Patane, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to 鏡湖殯儀館 Casa Funerária Kiang Wu, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements. Before sending a tribute to Old Protestant Cemetery, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at Clube militar, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
For a service at St. Lawrence Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
