You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Changlun. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. If the recipient’s address is in Kampung Baru Pekan Lama Changlun, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Check with Changlun Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For a guest at GM Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Changlun, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Sekolah Kebangsaan Dato' Wan Kemara, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Yit Min is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Gereja Katolik Changlun, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Masjid Al-Ihsan Kampung Changkat Setol are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Masjid Changlun, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to T Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
When ordering for a recipient at Pejabat Pertanian Kawasan Changloon, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
An address in Taman Akasia should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
For a table booked at Nasi Kandar Yasmeen, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
