Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Kuala Lipis? The ordering deadline is 15:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in PR1MA Pahang Kuala Lipis.
Check that London Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Check with Bestari Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Jelai, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The address given for London Hotel is Jalan Besar 82; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Setia Wangsa, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Chung Hwa is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to SMjK Chung Hwa, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Kuala Lipis Christian Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Masjid Negeri (Madrasatul Firdaus), ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Sultan Mahmud Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Dewan Taman Pertama, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For an address in Pusat Perniagaan Lipis Jaya, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Alief Maju Curry House, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
