Send your flower order for Sungai Tiang online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Where the delivery address includes Desa KEDA Paya Lipai, retain the locality when filling in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at SK Padang Durian, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Sekolah Kebangsaan Kampung Baru, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sungai Tiang is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Wat Thep Suwannaram, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Masjid Khalid Al-Walid, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Masjid Nurul Iman, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the destination is in Kampung Kebun Empat Relong, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
