You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Agua Clara. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Busto de Ernesto "El Chango" García Cabral are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Francisco I. Madero is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Agua Clara is 14:00, local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When the destination is in Zona Centro, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before arranging flowers for someone at IMSS UMF No. 10, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. Check with the ward at IMSS UMF No. 66 Xalapa before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Primaria Salvador Valencia Ortuño. Turno Matutino. Y Escuela Primaria Amado Nervo, Turno Vespertino? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Escuela de Bachilleres Licenciado Antonio María de Rivera, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Bachilleres Vespertina "Veracruz", write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepción de Xalapa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Posada del Magisterio, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If you are sending flowers to someone at IMSS Hospital General de Zona 11 Xalapa, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
For someone working at Contraloria General del Estado, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at La Cabaña de Poza, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
