You do not need to be in Carmen to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Entrada are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the recipient’s address is in Fraccionamiento Valle de San Miguel Residencial, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Sending flowers to someone at Primaria Benito Juárez? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Secundaria José Ruben Romero, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
