You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Medellin. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For someone in Colonia 20 de Noviembre, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before sending flowers to Escuela primaria, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Capilla San Ramon Nonato, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Centro Misionero Cristiano, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Cristiana Elim, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Paso del Toro should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For flowers addressed to someone at Poder Judicial del Estado de Veracruz, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Colonia Lázaro Cárdenas, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at "El Jarocho" Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants and chocolates, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
