You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Villa Victoria. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Villa Victoria. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Real hacienda Santo Tomas, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Check that Hotel Villa Reyes can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For a guest at Hotel y Motel El Parrandero, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. The address given for Hotel Real hacienda Santo Tomas is Toluca - Morelia; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at CONALEP Plantel Villa Victoria, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Primaria Ezequiel Arroyo Rubio, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Plantel Villa Victoría? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Cabildo Municipal, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Iglesia Católica la Merced, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Iglesia de la Virgén del Pilar are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Centro de Salud Casas Coloradas, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
For a recipient at Palacio de Gobierno, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Barbacoa needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
