Send flowers to Tuzi from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Gimnazija "25 Maj", put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Osnovna škola "Mahmut Lekić"? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Džamija u Karabuškom polju are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Džamija Šipčanik, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Nizam Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Komunalno Tuzi, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
