A florist in Westkapelle handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. De Schoppesteele is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Monument voor 4e Commando Brigade are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Westkapelle is 14:00. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Check that Hotel Kaap West can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For flowers addressed to a guest at Boutique Hotel Charley's, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before sending flowers to De Lichtboei, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at De Lichtstraal? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Gereformeerde Gemeente, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Maranatha, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Moria, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Fletcher Zuiderduin Beachhotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
A delivery timed for a meal at Brasserie De Zeezot needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
