Send your flower order for Ancón online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Monumento Goethals in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Parque La Gloria are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Where the delivery address includes Balboa, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Ciudad Hospitalaria Camino de Cruces, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. If you are sending flowers to someone at Hospital Integrado, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Centro Educativo Artes Diversificadas, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Colegio Las Esclavas, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Escuela Omar Torrijos Herrera is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Templo de la Ciudad de Panamá are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Union Church of Balboa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Radisson Hotel Panama Canal? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For a recipient at Centro Medico Plaza Cecilia, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Before placing a workplace order for Edificio Poltec, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Dorado Lakes.
Before sending a tribute to Corozal American Cemetery and Memorial, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at Chuck E. Cheese, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Radisson Summit Hotel & Golf Panama, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
