A florist in Ocu handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
For a recipient at Hospital Sergio Nuñez, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. Avenida Central is the listed address of Hospital Sergio Nuñez; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Colegio Rafael Quintero Villarreal, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela El Hatillo, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela José Dolores Carrizo #2? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at San Sebastián are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to La Posada? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
