Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Ayolas. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

For delivery on the same day in Ayolas, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. An address in Barreto-Cué should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Nacional de Turismo Ayolas, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The address given for Hotel Nacional de Turismo Ayolas is Avenida Costanera 500; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient’s address is in Mil Viviendas, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Rincón Haniel, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
