Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Pancarhuaylla. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Huachacay.
A delivery for I.E. N° 50100 La Naval is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Institución Educativa Anta? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Institución Educativa Chacan, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Parroquia Santísima Trinidad, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Huaypo Lodge should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For flowers addressed to someone at Fiscalía de la Nación - Anta, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Izcuchaca, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at El Muelle Huaypo Chico, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
