A florist in Arayat handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Lourdes Grotto in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Where the delivery address includes Matamo, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Use the hospital’s full address for Dr. W.G. Cortez Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. Sending to a patient at Holy Trinity General Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
For a delivery to a teacher at Camba High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Mesulo Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Palinlang Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Iglesia Ni Cristo, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Campo Venzon Chapel, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at New Life United Methodist Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Arayat Doctors Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
An order addressed to DENR should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For an address in Poblacion, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Tapsi Ka Bap?, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
