A flower order for Golub-Dobrzyn can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Biała Cegielnia.
A flower order for someone staying at Willa IRYS should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Szkoła Podstawowa nr 1, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Szkoła Podstawowa nr 2 im. Orła Białego, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Zespół Szkół Nr 2 is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Kościół pw. Świętej Katarzyny Aleksandryjskiej, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Kaplica cmentarna, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Kaplica pw. Najświętszego Serca Jezusowego are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Dwór Fijewo before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For someone working at Centrum Usług Społecznych, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
When the destination is in Golub, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Vabank, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
