A florist in Niemce handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day orders for Niemce close at 14:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Europejski Ośrodek Integracyjny, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The address for Europejski Ośrodek Integracyjny is given as Lubelska 160; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Branżowa Szkoła II Stopnia w Zespole Szkół Ponadpodstawowych w Niemcach? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Szkoła Podstawowa, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Branżowa Szkoła I Stopnia w Niemcach, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Kościół pw. Świętego Ignacego Loyoli i Świętych Piotra i Pawła w Niemcach, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Kaplica cmentarna are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Urząd Gminy Niemce, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For a tribute intended for Cmentarz parafialny, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Karczma Piastowska, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
