A florist in Stopnica handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Stopnica. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
If you are sending to a guest of Zajazd Mateo, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For a guest at Hotel & Restauracja Mateo, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Mateo, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. The street address listed for Zajazd Mateo is Doktora Jana Piotrowskiego 41; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Szkoła Podstawowa im. Batalionów Chłopskich w Stopnicy, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Kościół pw. Świętych Piotra i Pawła w Stopnicy are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Urząd Miasta i Gminy Stopnica, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Mateo needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
