Send flowers to someone in Alfarim without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Memorial às Vítimas do Meco in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Alfarim is 18:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the recipient’s address is in Aldeia do Meco, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Casal do Frade, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check that Quinta do Miguel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Flowers for a service at Igreja de Alfarim are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Igreja de São Pedro, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Entre Mar e Mar? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
If the recipient works at Junta de Freguesia do Castelo - Serviços Urbanos, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
When the destination is in Aiana, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Hangar Meco, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
