Send your flower order for Beatas online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Cruzeiro de Santa Cruz are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Memorial do acidente aéreo 1977 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When the destination is in Gaula, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering for a guest at Santa Cruz Village, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If you are sending to a guest of Albatroz Beach and Yacht Club, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Arendrup, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Escola Dr. Clemente Tavares is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola EB1/PE da Camacha, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Igreja Matriz de Santa Cruz, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora da Consolação, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Salão do Reino das Testemunhas de Jeová are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Galomar, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Address flowers for someone at Finanças de Santa Cruz with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at La Carbonara, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
