You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Caldas de Moledo. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as 1.º centenário da estação. are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Douro Património Mundial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day orders for Caldas de Moledo close at 18:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Where the delivery address includes Ilha do Marçal, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering for a guest at Imperio Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If you are sending to a guest of Original Douro Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
A delivery for Antiga Escola Primária de Cidadelhe is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Antiga Escola Primária de Gervide, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Primária de Oliveira, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Capela de Silvares are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Capela de São Gonçalo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Casa Mortuária de Vila Marim, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Régua Douro before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
An order addressed to Junta de Freguesia de Fontelas should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
When the destination is in Olival, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Castas e Pratos, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
