You’ll pick the city and day on the product
A flower order for Daia can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Foral 500 anos is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Homenagem aos Combatentes do Ultramar in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Daia is 18:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the recipient’s address is in Sobrado, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering for a guest at Quinta das Vessadas, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. When addressing flowers to a guest at Rio Moment's, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a delivery to a teacher at Bloco A, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Bloco B, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Bloco C? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Igreja do Mosteiro de Alpendurada, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Convento de Alpendurada, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Hospital da Misericórdia de Castelo de Paiva, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
Address flowers for someone at Câmara Municipal de Castelo de Paiva with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
When the destination is in Curvite, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before sending a tribute to Cemitério de Fornos, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
For a table booked at Café-Restaurante Belavista, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Before sending to Policlinica Fisiocinfães, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
