Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Delongo. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For someone in Casal de Santo António, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a service at Igreja da Lamarosa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Igreja da Olaia, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Igreja de Asseiceira are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Junta de Freguesia de Olaia should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Os Maias, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
