You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Dragoal. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Forno de Cal are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order must be placed before 18:00 local time for same-day flowers in Dragoal. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When entering an address in Calheta, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If the recipient is staying at Torre Praia, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Porto Santo, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If you are sending to a guest of Inatel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Torre Praia is listed at Rua Goulart Medeiros 4; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Campo de Baixo, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Externato Nossa Senhora da Conceição? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Capela da Misericórdia, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Capela de São Pedro, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Capela de Nossa Senhora da Graça, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Tribunal do Porto Santo, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
When the destination is in Camacha, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Mar e Sol needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
