You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Gaiate. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Dínamo Sanjoanense is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as João Paulo II are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Gaiate is 18:00. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. For an address in Arilhe, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Colégio Infantil Santa Filomena, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Escola EB1 Carvalhosa, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Escola Primária da Igreja is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Igreja Matriz de São João da Madeira, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Palacete Conde Dias Gracia, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Junta de Freguesia de Fajões, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
For a recipient whose address is in Azenhas, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For a table booked at Restaurante O País, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
