You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Malga. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Homenagem a Álvaro Anes de Cernache are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Monumento das Geminações is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. If the destination is in Alcabideque, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the service takes place at Igreja Matriz de Cernache, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Câmara Municipal de Condeixa should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For an address in Bairro Mojafe, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at Barriga Cheia needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
