A flower order for Quintinhas can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Coreto Alves Redol in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Fernão Mendes Pinto are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For an address in Cacilhas, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Use the hospital’s full address for GHVS - Hospital Veterinário, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. The street address listed for GHVS - Hospital Veterinário is Rua General Humberto Delgado 81; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Cada da Mata, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. If you are sending to a guest of Aroeira Lisbon Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at As três abelhinhas - Lar de Idosos, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. When arranging flowers for Cada da Mata, note its listed address, Rua 6 41; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Centro de Estudos is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Centro de Formação Profissional do Seixal, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Loja do Munícipe should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
If the recipient’s address is in Cova da Piedade, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If flowers are going to Cemitério da Ajuda, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Churrasqueira Cant'o Galo, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Flowers for a service at Capela do Convento dos Capuchos are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
