A flower order for Serra de Fora can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Forno de Cal is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For same-day flower delivery in Serra de Fora, place your order before 18:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Where the delivery address includes Calheta, retain the locality when filling in the order.
If you are sending to a guest of Torre Praia, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Sending to Porto Santo? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to The Navigator Colombus, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. The address for Torre Praia is given as Rua Goulart Medeiros 4; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Campo de Baixo, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Externato Nossa Senhora da Conceição? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Capela da Misericórdia, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Capela de São Pedro, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Capela de Nossa Senhora da Graça, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Tribunal do Porto Santo should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When the destination is in Camacha, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a table booked at Mar e Sol, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
