You do not need to be in Ventrecha to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Cruzeiro de Santa Cruz is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Memorial do acidente aéreo 1977 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 18:00 local time for same-day flowers in Ventrecha. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When entering an address in Gaula, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering for a guest at Porto Bay Serra Golf, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Santa Cruz Village, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at Albatroz Beach and Yacht Club, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The address for Porto Bay Serra Golf is given as Sítio dos Casais Próximos; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Escola Básica e Pré- Escolar Ribeira Seca, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Arendrup, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Básica Caramanchão? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Capela dos Milagres, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Igreja Matriz Nossa Senhora da Conceição, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Igreja Matriz de Santa Cruz, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient’s address is in Lazareto, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If flowers are going to Cemitério de São Gonçalo, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Alforno Madeira, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
