Send flowers to someone in Doha without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Al Wahada arches in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Alfa, 2019 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When entering an address in Costa Malaz, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Use the hospital’s full address for NCCCR (Al Amal Hospital), and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. A flower order for a recipient at Qatar Airways Clinic needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
A flower order for someone staying at Park Hyatt should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If you are sending to a guest of Mondrian Doha, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. The address given for Park Hyatt is Sikkat Wadi Msherib 223; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Al Rayah Driving School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Arab International Academy is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at Philippine School Doha, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to a patient at Madinat Khalifa Health Center calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
If the recipient works at Ministry Of Labour Industrial Area Qatar, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the destination is in Porto Arabia, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at SHATER ABBAS, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Flowers for a service at Fanar Qatar Islamic Cultural Center are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
