You do not need to be in Ghelari to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Apeductul de la Tulea are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Baia Comunală is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Ghelari, use the destination’s 18:00 local cutoff. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. When the destination is in Mănăstirea, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a service at Biserica Ghelari, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Biserica Ortodoxă Govăjdia (1939), ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Biserica Reformată Ghelari (1897), the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Primăria Comunei Ghelari accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
