You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Tulnici. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Check that Hotel Tresor can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
If the service takes place at Biserica de lemn „Adormirea Maicii Domnului”, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Biserica „Sfinții Voievozi", ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Mănăstirea Lepșa, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Damatis before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Address flowers for someone at Primăria Tulnici with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
