You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Jagodina. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Jagodina is 14:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Romansa, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Sending flowers to someone at OS 17. oktobar? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Skola sa domom za decu ostecenog sluha i govora „11. Maj”, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Church of the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Crkva Pokrova Presvete Bogorodice, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Crkva Svetog Petra i Pavla, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at TES Hotel „Vidoco”, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Etno kuca Konak, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
