You do not need to be in Anak Bukit to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Replica of the Kacapuri is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Tugu Pahlawan in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Where the delivery address includes Taman Nabira Jaya, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Raia Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. A flower order for someone staying at Green Town Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a delivery to a teacher at Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Perdana, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama Kedah is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Mergong, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Masjid Hutan Kampung, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Masjid Rafeah Taman Uda, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Masjid Tuan Hussin, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Seri Malaysia before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Check with the ward at Hospital Alor Setar before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before sending to a workplace such as Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia Negeri Kedah Darul Aman, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Pizza Hut, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
