For a recipient in Peoples Park, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Lim Bo Seng Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Naraina Pillai is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Where the delivery address includes Little India, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a patient at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Check with the ward at Singapore General Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. A flower order for a recipient at Communicable Disease Centre needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Irrawaddy Road 38 is the listed address of Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A flower order for someone staying at Cube Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If you are sending to a guest of ANdAZ Singapore, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Before sending flowers to Aljunied Islamic School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Invictus International School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Olympiad International School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Citadines Rochor, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For flowers addressed to someone at Attorney-General's Chambers (Singapore), give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For an address in Berlayar, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Flutes Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For a service at Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
