A flower order for Kapca can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Spomenik padlim are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Mirišče.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Dvojezična Srednja Šola Lendava / Kétnyelvű középiskola Lendva, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Župnijska cerkev Srca Jezusovega, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kapela sv. Jakoba, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Kapelica are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Občina VP, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
