You’ll pick the city and day on the product
You can send flowers to someone in Piran even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Giuseppe Tartini are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Padli za svobodo narodov is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Piran is 14:00, local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. For a recipient whose address is in Beli Križ / Croce Bianca, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel Marko, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Palace Portorož, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before sending flowers to Osnovna šola Vincenzo e Diego de Castro Piran, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Gimnazija Piran, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Osnovna šola Cirila Kosmača Piran is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Cerkev sv. Lucije, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Marija Zdravja / Madonna della Salute, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at St. George, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Histrion, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For flowers addressed to someone at Municipal House, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the destination is in Bernardin / San Bernardino, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A tribute addressed to Pokopališče Piran should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Kantina Gradela in pizerija needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
