Flowers for a service at Cerkev Svetega Lovrenca are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Župnijska cerkev svetega Pavla, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Kapela sv. Florijana, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Pogrebna služba Morana before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.
