Send flowers to Camperdown from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Address details for Cato Ridge should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at George Cato Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Hibiscus Hospital - Cato Ridge before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
When the destination is in Nqutu Park, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
