You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Darnall. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Darnall. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Bongimfundo Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Darnall Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Betany Chapel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Darnall Methodist Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at ST Alban's are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the recipient is at Darnall PHC, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Millers Arms Restuarant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
