You do not need to be in Byeolnae-dong to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For an address in Gongneung-dong, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a delivery to a teacher at Namyangju Dasan Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Cheonbosa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Gwangmyeongsa are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at SDA교회, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel the May should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a recipient at Hagye 1 Dong Community Service Center, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Hagye-dong, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Keunbada Fish Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
