You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Docho-myeon. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
Sending flowers to someone at Docho Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Docho High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Docho-myeon Office U-Ido Branch, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bogwang Fish Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
